1. Overview

At Eclipse Security, we take pride in delivering clean, reliable installations and making sure everything is set up to your satisfaction. Because our services involve time, labor, and customized setups, refunds are handled according to the terms below.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits are required to secure your installation date

  • Deposits are non-refundable once your appointment is scheduled

  • Deposits may be applied toward rescheduling at our discretion

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in loss of deposit

4. Refunds for Services

Because installation services are labor-based:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed work

  • Once installation is performed and approved on-site, the service is considered fulfilled

5. Satisfaction Adjustments

If you are not satisfied:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of installation

  • We will make reasonable adjustments to camera placement, angles, or setup at no additional charge

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in limited situations, such as:

  • Services that were paid for but not completed

  • Installation changes that reduce the original scope of work

Any partial refund is issued at our discretion based on work completed.

7. Equipment

  • Equipment purchased through Eclipse Security may be subject to manufacturer warranty

  • Opened or installed equipment is not eligible for return or refund

  • Customer-provided equipment is not eligible for refunds under any circumstance

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
