3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their property and system needs

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to installation areas

  • Provide necessary power and internet access for equipment

  • Review and approve system setup and placement during installation

We take the time to adjust and fine tune each system, but final placement and performance depend on customer approval and site conditions.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or delayed service

5. Equipment and Warranty

  • Equipment provided or installed may be covered by manufacturer warranties

  • Eclipse Security will assist with warranty claims when applicable

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third party equipment not installed by us

6. User-Provided Equipment

If you provide your own cameras or equipment:

  • We will install and configure to the best of our ability

  • We cannot guarantee performance, compatibility, or reliability of third party devices

  • Troubleshooting beyond installation may be subject to additional fees

7. Connectivity and Performance

System performance depends on factors outside our control, including:

  • Internet service reliability

  • Network configuration

  • Power availability

Eclipse Security will ensure proper setup at the time of installation, but we do not guarantee continuous system uptime or remote access availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our systems are designed to help reduce risk, not eliminate it.

Eclipse Security:

  • Is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs at your property

  • Does not guarantee prevention of criminal activity

  • Is not liable for system failure due to internet, power, or third party issues

Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the cost of services provided.

9. Scheduling, Delays, and Access

  • Installation dates are scheduled based on availability

  • Delays may occur due to weather, supply issues, or site readiness

  • Customers must provide access during agreed service times

10. Cancellations

  • Cancellations with less than [24 hours] notice may incur a fee

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on equipment purchased

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Eclipse Security and may not be used without permission.
